Understanding Your AirTouch SMS Delivery Reports

When you send your SMS through AirTouch Bulk SMS Gateway and Short Code Service, you will be able to monitor how the messages are being delivered to your target audience. Delivery rates are highly influenced by the recipient’s mobile phone carrier among other things.
As soon as a message is delivered, the mobile carrier sends back delivery information through the AirTouch servers to your dashboard. That way, you are able to view the analytics data with details on the number of messages delivered, undeliverable, or rejected.
